A meeting of NTPC empanelled hospitals was organized by CC-Medical Cell at PMI, Noida on 4th July 2023. Shri Dillip Kumar Patel, Director (HR) presided over the meeting attended by 80 representatives from various reputed hospitals of Delhi/NCR. Shri Sital Kumar, ED (HR), Shri C Kumar (CGM-HR) and Dr Sangita Risbood (CMO-CC) were also present.

Shri Dillip Kumar Patel Director (HR) in his address highlighted the importance of coordination between NTPC and empanelled hospitals. He emphasized on the timely renewal of empanelment to enhance transparency, to bring necessary updates within the system and to expedite the payment process. He reiterated the initiatives undertaken by NTPC for improvement in various aspects of bill processing and placement of RMOs at Regional Headquarters.

A presentation on online IPD billing highlighting the benefits of the system was made by (HR-Tech). The event provided a platform for hospital representatives to voice their concerns regarding the empanelment process and payment.
